1) Articles must be your original work. |

2) Articles must be between 400 and 1,000 words. |

3) OwenTech reserves the right to edit articles before publishing. |
|
|
4) Articles must be in English, Swahili or Sheng. |
|
|
5) Articles must be submitted via the Maoni.info member area |

6) Articles submitted
and published become the property of OwenTech. This means that OwenTech
may use the articles or parts thereof in any other forum. We will acknowledge
the original author(s) if we do so. |

7) Payment will only be made after articles are published. |
|
|
8) Payment will only be made to authors (or to a beneficiary that the author chooses) in Kenya. |
|
|
9) OwenTech reserves the right to vary the payment amount without notice. (But we will make effort to give reasonable notice.) The current amount is KES 500/= per published article. |

|
10) Publishing of articles is entirely at the discretion of OwenTech. OwenTech is not obliged to publish any article whatsoever. |

11) Submitting an article signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. |
